One month of theory. Three months on placement.

The Practitioner Programme is built backwards from what a UK law firm wants on day one. You learn the grammar of practice, then put it to work on real files inside a firm.

  • — 01 · Month 1

    Theory

    Four weeks of structured training. Client care, drafting, ethics, conflict checks, the day-to-day grammar of a working file. Delivered hybrid with tutor-led workshops.

  • — 02 · Months 2–4

    Practical placement

    Twelve weeks placed inside a UK law firm in our network. Real files, supervised drafting, fee-earning work alongside a partner or senior solicitor.

  • — 03 · On finishing

    Permanent role

    A dedicated placement consultant works your application through to offer. Most candidates secure a permanent paralegal or trainee position by the end of placement.

What placement looks like

You don’t shadow from the side. You run the file.

From month two you sit inside a partner firm in our network. Real matters, supervised drafting, client calls, fee-earning work. By month four most candidates are doing the job they will be hired to keep doing.
