That is the whole job. Crestfield Legal is focused entirely on graduates entering UK legal practice, and has been since 2017.
Manifesto
The legal market is more competitive than it has ever been. Academic qualifications are necessary and no longer sufficient. We exist to bridge that gap with training, mentorship and direct introductions to the people who hire.

Practising lawyers, not lecturers
Mentors and tutors close files for a living. Lessons come from yesterday’s post, not last decade’s syllabus.
Plain dealing
No commission driven advisors, no opaque pricing, no kickbacks from employers. We are paid only when graduates succeed.

Nine years in the making.
Nine years of building a placement engine, now focused on one audience.

The firm launches
A small practitioner training and placement programme in London. Forty graduates in the first year, thirty eight placed.

2020
Mentor network goes national
Partner solicitors join from Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Edinburgh. The programme moves hybrid.

Network passes 180 firms
The employer network grows past 180 UK firms, spanning boutique commercial practices, high street firms and in house legal teams.

Crestfield Legal LLC
The firm establishes Crestfield Legal LLC, focused entirely on legal graduates entering UK practice.
