2017
A small practitioner training and placement programme in London. Forty graduates in the first year, thirty eight placed.
2020
Partner solicitors join from Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Edinburgh. The programme moves hybrid.
2023
The employer network grows past 180 UK firms, spanning boutique commercial practices, high street firms and in house legal teams.
2026
The firm establishes Crestfield Legal LLC, focused entirely on legal graduates entering UK practice.
