For graduates

You did the degree. Now do the bit no one taught you.

A structured route into UK legal practice for graduates who are tired of the open application lottery. We trade the queue for a relationship with the people who hire.

Why graduates choose us

Four things that separate the Practitioner Programme from a graduate scheme.

Files

Real files, not roleplay

Leave with a portfolio of documents you drafted under supervision. Firms see the work.

Mentor

A mentor who answers their phone

Mentors are practising lawyers. They critique your draft Monday, you fix it Wednesday.

Network

Consultants who know hiring partners

Your CV doesn’t sit in a portal. It lands in the inbox of someone hiring this quarter.

Direction

A specialism, chosen properly

You leave knowing whether you want property, commercial, family, employment or litigation.

Questions

The questions graduates always ask.

If yours isn’t here, the team answers in writing within a working day.

Ask a question
How long is the programme?

Four months in total: one month of structured theory training followed by three months on a paid placement inside a UK law firm.

Do I need an LLB?

No. Graduates from any discipline are welcome. We do a short call up front to make sure the route fits.

Is this a substitute for the SQE or the bar?

No. The Practitioner Programme runs alongside qualification. The work experience you gain counts towards qualifying work experience.

Will I be paid during placement?

Yes. Placements are paid roles inside the firm’s normal pay structure.

What if I do not get placed?

Placement support continues until you accept an offer. There is no time limit on it.

How much does it cost?

Fees and any available bursaries are shared on the discovery call. Fees vary by cohort format and scholarships.
